Description
The amount will cover the daily food allowance for a child for 3 months.
The nutritional requirements of each child enrolled in the program is prescribed by a pediatrician and or license nutritionist and will be monitored by the Barangay Health Worker together with the child’s parents. on a monthly basis
At the end of three months, the child with his/her parents go to the health center and will be checked by the BHW to determine whether to stop support or continue. The written report on the children nutritional status, by the BHW or doctor will determine continuation of support from the Gift of Health Program
